Reads LandXML, vector PDF text, point files, a Civil 3D takeoff export, or scanned sheets through Claude on your own key; maps every feature onto a staking catalog; prices unit rates and crew time side by side with your rate card and volume discounts; writes a proposal PDF, an Excel workbook and a CSV.
